If the same people who do the TV promos for upcoming episodes of Lost on ABC were to do a promo for today's thrilling installment of Mind + Body, it would probably include the following explosions of hyperbole:
"Seven of your questions will FINALLY be answered!"
(Because, I think, maybe three of them will be)
"If you miss the last five minutes, you won't know what everyone is talking about!"
(Granted, it probably takes 5 minutes to read the whole thing, but my boner penchant for twist endings is maintained.)
"Non-stop, thrilling action!"
(Because, at last, that knife of his finally comes to slight use.)
"It's the most amazing thing you will ever experience in your entire life!"
(Because the Lost promo people are liars and make ridiculous false promises to mislead you every time. They should be fired, then sent to prison. Or an island. With monsters.)
Now that all the exposition and setup in the first half is done with, actually interesting things can now occur. Makes my writing days seem less boring.
